Good, Bad and Ugly of WSU cougars blowout of Colorado State

Washington State Cougars are 3-0 after a win over Colorado State. They play Oregon Ducks next Saturday.  The team couldn't have been blamed for coming out sluggish, given the magnitude of last week's win. The team came out sharp on both offense and defense. There is a lot of work to do before the game with Oregon.

WSU won 28-0 against Colorado State. Derek Langford returned to the team after a knee injury. Cam Ward threw two touchdown passes. Daiyan Henley had seven sacks. WSU's three running backs had just 22 carries, but they gained 163 yards. Nick Haberer's 61-yard punt saved the game.   The team won. The uniforms are no longer a problem. They were a curse. It was a good thing for Wsu. There were injuries to players wearing them. In the past, they wore the white/crimson/white uniforms.

There were some mistakes on the part of the Cougar quarterback. He threw an interception. If the officials had taken a closer look, there might have been a safety.
