Grafton preview: Ambitious Prince to secure spot in The Big Dance

Warren Gavenlock is retiring from horse racing next March. He has only three horses in work at the moment. His horse Ambitious Prince is going better than ever. Gvenlock has won two major Cups in the last three weeks. The Lismore Cup doubles as a qualifier for The Big Dance. It takes place at Grafton on Tuesday. Daniel Want is hoping to qualify for The Big Dance via Tuesday's Lismore Cup. He is also hoping for a place in the 2023 Country Championship Final. Honour Me is going to run in Grafton's Cup which was added to the program after Listore's mid-card washout last Friday. Want's horse Commanding Reign has won $20,000 in his first three starts for Want. Want owns the son of Holler and bought him for $4,00. The trainer is aiming for the Country Championships next year.
