Grand National 2022: Start time for Aintree race, runners and riders, live stream, and festival schedule as Rachael Blackmore eyes glory again

Saturday, April 9 at Aintree Racecourse in Liverpool is the Gaskells Handicap Hurdle (Grade 3), The Betway Mersey Novices’ HURDLE ( Grade 1), Doom Bar Maghull Novice”s Steeple Chase (Listed), Ryanair Stayers“ HURLLE (Registered as the Liverpool HURRICAP) (Class 1) and Randox Health Grand National Steeping Chase Grade 3 (Cond‘ and amat ). Live coverage of the race will be on talkSPORT from 5 pm.

The Gaskells Handicap Hurdle is at 1.45 pm. The Betway Mersey Novices’ HURDLEX is 2.25 pm, The Doom Bar Maghull Novice”s Steeple Chase is 3.40 pm and The Ryanair Stayers“ HURLLE is 4.20 pm (registered as the Liverpool HURRICUP HOUR). The Randox Health Grand National Steeping Chase takes place at 5.15 pm with the Pinsent Masons Handiap and Amat HORTICAP HARDY at 6.

The Grand National is the most valuable jump race in Europe. There will be roughly 600 million people watching in more than 140 countries. The prize money for the Grand Nats 2022 is £1,000,00.

Minella Times and Rachael Blackmore won the Grand National last year. Tiger Roll and Davy Russell won in 2019 and 2018. One For Arthur and Derek Fox won it in 2017.
