The latest Heisman Trophy odds are out ahead of Week 14 of college football and there’s a new favorite to win the award.

The conference championship games are upon us, so not every Heisman contender will be in action. The ones who are definitely have an advantage, obviously, to make one last impression.

Let’s dive into the latest Heisman Trophy odds, .

Bo Nix, QB – Oregon (-180)

The Oregon quarterback is back in the lead for college football’s biggest individual award. Based on these odds, he can clinch the award if he outduels Michael Penix Jr. in the Pac-12 Championship.

But there’s no question his numbers stand out as a passer. He has 3,906 yards, 37 touchdowns, two interceptions and a 78.6% completion percentage. He also has 159 rushing yards and six rushing touchdowns.

Jayden Daniels, QB – LSU (+140)

Daniels had the season of his life and could very well still win the Heisman. However, the LSU quarterback is the victim of three losses this season.

The Tigers won’t be playing in the SEC Championship to help his case. But the numbers are staggering. He has 3,812 yards, 40 touchdowns, four interceptions, a 72.2% completion percentage, 1,134 rushing yards and 10 rushing touchdowns.

Michael Penix Jr., QB – Washington (+1,600)

Here’s where we can see great value in Penix Jr. While he hasn’t played to the level of Nix or Daniels over the last few weeks, he’s still been fantastic overall. 

But his chances likely hinge on the Pac-12 Championship against Nix and Oregon. This year he has 3,899 yards, 32 touchdowns, eight interceptions, a 65.6% completion percentage and three rushing touchdowns.

Carson Beck, QB – Georgia (+15,000)

Beck’s been really good this season and not to take anything away from him, Georgia’s really good. That’s the obvious point here.

But, Beck’s been better than advertised coming into the season. However, he’s a long shot for a reason based on numbers: 3,495 yards, 22 touchdowns, six interceptions, a 72.4% completion percentage, 129 rushing yards and three touchdowns.

Jalen Milroe, QB – Alabama (+15,000)

Milroe put himself back into long shot contention for his game and epic throw against Auburn in the Iron Bowl. Again, go back and watch that game winning touchdown.

He’s turned it up since October and became a much more dynamic quarterback throughout the course of the season. Milroe has 2,526 yards, 21 touchdowns, six interceptions, a 66.4% completion percentage, 439 rushing yards and 12 rushing touchdowns. It would probably take a miracle for him to win, but don’t discount first place votes if Alabama wins the SEC.

When you get into the second tier of contenders, you see more position players other than quarterbacks. But at this point, those players are long shots. And we mean long shots. We’re coming down to the wire for the 2023 Heisman winner!
