Hendrickson Carries Family Legacy Into $150,000 Laurel Futurity

Hendrickson is a chestnut colt bred by Yurie Pascarella, Carl Pasmarella and Herringswell Racing Club II. He is out of the mare Thank You Marylou, named in honor of Mary lou Whitney, a late horsewoman and philanthropist. The colts made his debut on July 15 at Monmouth Park and broke his maiden by 2 ½ lengths on August 22 at Presque Isle Downs. Motion has entered Wertheimer and Frere's Dataman, who came back to graduate by 1 ¼ lengths Aug. 22 going a mile on the grass at Colonial Downs, on Saturday's $575,000 program.
