Tom Allen is having the worst Christmas since John McClane was stuck in Nakatomi Tower. Three of the Indiana quarterbacks are in the transfer portal and the only one left is a running quarterback who suffered a catastrophic knee injury in season finale.

Iowa's Kirk Ferentz will get a working offense for Christmas. Michigan transfer quarterback Cade McNamara and tight end Erick All will be given the gift.
