Imperatriz has withdrawn from the $300,000 Arrowfield Stud Plate at Hastings on Saturday. She will go to Australia and race next in Sydney on October 8th. La Crique is the new $2.60 favourite. Defibrillate will be ridden by champion jockey Opie Bosson. There is no rain forecast for the second day of the spring carnival. Graham Richardson could line up Defibillates and Tiptronic in the Arrowfields. The futures market has been hit hard by the weather and horses leaving New Zealand.
