Horse racing tips for Wednesday: Dave Nevison's best bets

Dave Nevison likes Sir Benedict and Frederick Larson. He also likes a pair running at Hamilton Park. He has another selection to ponder. Sir Benedict won over course and distance in June. Frederick is a sprinter who is fairly handicapped. Dave Nevision is not sure about Sir Benny. The winner of the race is probably going to be fast.
