Horse racing tips: Wednesday selections from Newsboy for cards at Lingfield, Kempton, Bath, Southwell and Hexham

Newsboy's Nap selection for Wednesday, September 6, is the Richard Spencer-trained Belo Horizonte at Lingfield (4.50). The next best is Bath runner North View (1.40)

BELO HORIZONTE (4.50, nap) is in a rich vein of form and should notch up a fourth successive win - in just 23 days - in the At The Races App Expert Tips Handicap at Lingfield Park.

Richard Spencer's three-year-old is named after the sixth largest city in Brazil and the chestnut gelding certainly has shown samba flair in recent performances.

His winning streak started on August 16 over today's distance of one mile and a yard at Yarmouth.

And he backed that up over seven furlongs at today's track five days later before his most emphatic win of the lot came - again at Lingfield - over a mile just one week ago.

He carries a 6lb penalty for that latest success but it should not stop Neil Callan's mount ending up in the winners' enclosure once more.

NORTH VIEW (1.40, nb) appears to have a gilt-edged opportunity to open his account at the third time of asking in the EBF Restricted Maiden Stakes at Bath.

Peter Chapple-Hyam's juvenile shaped with abundant promise on his racecourse debut in a valuable race at Ascot in July and the form could hardly have worked out better.

The Expert Eye colt was beaten a length and three-quarters into third place by subsequent Acomb Stakes victor Indian Run, while the runner-up Kingdom Of Riches has since gone one better at Leicester.

North View was a short price on his second start at Newmarket last month - but having looked set to oblige after travelling strongly to the lead, he was run out of it in the closing stages by the more battle-hardened Watcha Matey.

Chapple-Hyam's youngster can only benefit from that experience and the way he moved through that seven-furlong contest suggested this drop back to five-and-a-half should not be an issue.
