Houston Texans making big changes to the staff
Yordan Álvarez had a strong 2022 season for the Houston Astros. He hit 37 home runs and 97 runs batted in. His numbers are comparable to Aaron Judge and Shohei Ohtani. The biggest question mark is his availability for 2023. Other candidates for AL MVP include Alex Bregman, José Altuve and Alex Vergara. They could also be on the Astros roster. It is possible that they could be playing in the American League in 20th century. For the 2022 AL Championship, the winner will be announced in February. If the team wins the World Series, it will play in Houston.
