In Dallas The Arena Game Is About Ready To Get Underway

The Dallas Mavericks and the Dallas Stars have arena leases that expire in nine years. The current arena is more than 20 years old and needs to be modernized. It probably takes about four years to build a new arena. There is not an immediate urgency to get anew or renovated arena in Dallas. Dallas is considering a sports betting. Texas lawmakers are not very concerned about legalizing sports gambling. If Dallas gets a building, it will be the ultimate decider.
