India’s World T20 semifinals loss: Crores of rupees were lost in betting

According to a Mumbai-based bookie, about Rs 2,500 crore was wagered on the India-West Indies match. The final will be held on Sunday at Eden Gardens in Kolkata. Both the West Indians and England are given similar odds. They are offered 97 paise each. It is 97 pence to win. There are various types of bets in India.
