Bryony Frost missed the Grand National after breaking her back at Merseyside track. She was a surprise guest at Royal Ascot in June. Bryony is now enjoying her summer in the sun. She is also on a tour of the US. The jockey won the King George at the Royal meeting in 1996.

Bryony Frost had a great summer in the US. She visited Florida, Maryland and Clearwater Beach. On Royal Ascot day she was wearing a flowery dress and a Carrie Jenkinson hat. Recently she posted a photo of herself riding a horse near the Avon Dam in South Dartmoor.
