Best Prop Bets for Nuggets vs Grizzlies

These teams split a pair of games already this season with both squads successfully defending their respective home courts. As a potential Western Conference Finals preview between the top two seeds in the West, this meeting could have massive seeding implications down the stretch. Thus, I expect strong games from both stars.

Nikola Jokic OVER12.5 Rebounds (-136)

Jokic cleared this prop in three of his last four games, averaging 14.7 rebounds per game in that stretch. He’s notched at least 13 rebounds in three straight contests against the Grizzlies and in four of his last five home games against Memphis as well.

Even if recent trends didn’t support Jokic, which of course they do, the matchup favors him as well. Without Steven Adams, the Grizzlies struggle on the glass. Over the last 10 games, Memphis ranks 27th in rebounding percentage (47.3%).

Expect Jokic to clear this prop with ease.

Nikola Jokic to Get a Triple-Double (-120)

Jokic is a triple-double machine right now, notching one in 15 of his last 21 games. He’s had one in two of his last three home games against the Grizzlies as well, so he’s comfortable against this team.

At -120 odds, we’re getting tremendous value on something that Jokic is accomplishing in just under 75% of his contests right now. Trust in the two-time MVP to deliver in a huge spot, just as he’s done all year.

Ja Morant OVER 1.5 Made Three-Pointers (+112)

In his last two games in Denver, Morant went 2-of-6 and 3-of-6 from beyond the arc. Jokic’s drop style on defense discourages Morant from driving inside, so we tend to see him attempt more three-pointers against the Nuggets.

Morant has been firing of late too, attempting at least four three-pointers in 10 of his last 14 contests. Averaging a career-high with 5.1 attempts per game, this prop is too low for these plus odds.
