Titleholder, Efforia and Equinox are the top choices for Sunday's Arima Kinen. Geraldina is expected to be the most popular betting option. The Arima Kin is the 67th annual Grand Prix of Japan. It has Japan's top purse of $6.5 million.

Geraldina is the daughter of Maurice and Gentildonna. She won her first graded-stakes test in late September. Geraldina's partner in the Queen Elizabeth II Cup was Cristian Demuro.
