Journalist claims new book ‘has all the receipts’ on Mickelson’s sports betting

Billy Walters’ new autobiography is set to release on August 22nd. Walters is one of the most well-known sports gamblers of all time, and reportedly had a 30-year winning streak. In April of 2017, the now 77-year-old was sentenced to 5 years in prison for insider trading.

Golf fans are eagerly awaiting the book’s release, as a part of the book will be about Phil Mickelson’s gambling habits. Alan Shipnuck of the Firepit Collective read the book, and part of his reaction was “HOLY SHIT!”

Shipnuck revealed that he can’t say too much due to an NDA he signed, but said Walter has “all the receipts” on Phil’s sports betting.

August 22nd can’t come fast enough.
