Khaos Williams (13-3) is finally back after nearly a year out. His last fight was a disappointing split decision loss to Randy Brown but that loss will get better with age. It snapped a two-fight streak including a unanimous decision over Matthew Semelsberger (2021) and vintage knockout over Miguel Baeza (2021).

He welcomes Rolando Bedoya (13-1) to the UFC who is coming in hot riding a 10-fight win streak. He has fought for a variety of promotions with his last two coming under the Fusion Fighting Championship in his native Peru where he TKO’d Diego Mauricio Jaimes Otalora (2021) and submitted Pablo Dhorta (2022).

Bedoya has not been active for the last few years and has the added pressure of a UFC debut on a pay-per-view card. That said, Williams has also been out for a while when he usually fights at least twice a year.

Nonetheless, this should be a very exciting scrap as both men always hunt the finish. Bedoya has the jiu-jitsu in the back pocket whereas Williams possesses that one-hitter-quitter power.

Considering the time-off, we could easily see a cagey start from both offering little volume. However, as soon as either of them start landing we can see fireworks. The real worry for the young debutant is that his defence is suspect at best and he cannot afford to take one clean punch from Williams.

The American also has experience against better calibre fighters and we are backing him to find the chin of Bedoya. However, there is value on the Peruvian considering the odds.
