Knight Salute has been injured and is out for the rest of the season. He had a tooth removed under anaesthetic and injured himself getting up after. Knight Salutes was going to go for Christmas Hurdle at Kempton. Scriptwriter is in good form and could replace him. He was supposed to be sent to Doncaster later this month. Now he might go to Huntingdon or Cheltenham in January. The horse has won seven of his 16 starts and £192,000 in prize-money. It was last seen finishing third in the Elite Huddle last month at Wincanton.
