Denis Bouanga is the most productive striker in the league, who’s scored a goal in each of his last eight games. This includes two games that he played for his national team (Gabon).
LAFC’s captain Carlos Vela has also been in top shape, even though he’s been without a single goal to his name since August. Maybe the Western Conference Final is when he ends his goal drought?
Perhaps, but finishing the net against the Houston Dynamo won’t be easy. The thing is that the team from Texas has been great defensively this entire season. In the regular season, they conceded 38 goals, which made them the third-best defense in the Western Conference.
