The UFC returns to the UFC Apex for UFC Vegas 65. The prelims start at 1 p.m. EST and the main card starts at 4 p.,m., EST. Derrick Lewis (26-10) is looking to get back in the win column against Sergey Spivak (15-3).

Derrick Lewis fights Sergey Spivak in the main event of UFC Vegas 65. Ion Cutelaba fights Kennedy Nzechukwu, Chase Sherman fights Waldo Cortes-Acosta, Andre Fialho fights Muslim Salikhov and Jack Della Maddalena fights Danny Roberts. Jennifer Maia fights Maryna Moroz.

Lewis vs. Spivak is the main event. Ion Cutelaba vs Kennedy Nzechukwu is co-main event, Chase Sherman vs Waldo Cortes-Acosta, Andre Fialho vs Muslim Salikhov, Jack Della Maddalena vs Danny Roberts and Jennifer Maia vs Maryna Moroz are the other matches.

Lewis is on a losing streak, but he can still turn the fight around with a single punch. Spivak has won five of his previous six fights by knockout. He will use his wrestling experience to get Lewis down and batter him. He should add the biggest name yet to his expanding resume.

Nzechukwu is coming into his own and should show it off against Cutelaba. Nzechuksu has made huge strides in his wrestling technique. He put those skills on display in a dominant win over Karl Roberson in July.

Sherman and Acosta-Cortez are going to fight in the co-main event of the UFC Vegas 64. Sherman's bout with Josh Parisian was cancelled last minute. Acosta- cortez made his UFC debut and defeated Jared Vanderaa. He is aware of Sherman’s fondness of boxing.

Fialho and Salikhov are going to fight at Welterweight. Fialo lost to Jake Matthews in June. Salikhov has a Chinese-based striking background in wushu and kung fu. Fiailho has 10 years of youth over Salihov.

Della Maddalena is a rising star in the UFC. Roberts is 35 and is running out of time as a professional. Della Madalen has passed every test with flying colors. He has finished all of his opponents before the judges could get involved.

Maia is the favorite to win at UFC Vegas 65. Moroz has looked sensational since leaving strawweight and joining the 125-pound ranks in 2019. Maia has lost two of her last three fights. Valentina Shevchenko is reigning champion at flyweight.   Maioha is being written off at this stage in her career. She has the momentum and the distance attacks and well-timed takedowns will put Moroza ahead.
