Local Northampton Saints Foundation stars shortlisted for Premiership Rugby Hitz Awards 2022
Mia and Marcel have been shortlisted for the Hitz Awards 2022. They are from Northampton Saints Foundation. The award is for young people who have worked hard to improve their lives. The awards are held in November. It is Premiership Rugby’s flagship education and employability programme. More than 2,000 14-24-year-olds are supported by CVC, Wooden Spoon and East Head Impact every year.

Marcel Binley is nominated for Champion Award for his work supporting young people on the HITZ programme. HITz is Premiership rugby’s flagship education and employability programme, supporting over 21,000 young children since it started in 2008. It uses rugby's core values to develop the personal, life and work skills of young students. The programme is supported by CVC, Wooden Spoon and East Head Impact.
