Malignity Sets Truro Record In Maritime Breeders Stakes
Malignity set a new record in the Maritime Breeders Stakes championships for two-year-old pacers at Truro Raceway on Sunday afternoon (Oct. 23). He won the $20,475 stakes division in 1:54 flat for trainer/driver Paul Langille. Meraki won place, with No Boats Sunday, Roman Raven and Elm Grove Restwind coming in second and third. Wild Ride Stable's Woodmere Xpeedia won division for pacing colts in gate-to-wire fashion. Mark Bradley swept the filly divisions with Saulsbrook Mabel and Our Girl Annie.
