John Stones will not start the game but could come on for his first minutes after injury, while Jack Grealish is trying to shake off the illness which ruled him out of the draw with Liverpool.
Pep Guardiola will likely pick a very similar team to the one on show against the Reds, with Mateo Kovacic and Matheus Nunes still sidelined. Josko Gvardiol will be hoping to start against his former club after a substitute role at the weekend.
Leipzig are missing Timo Werner and Dani Olmo, among others, for the game, but Emil Forsberg should start.
