Massachusetts Legalized Sports Gambling Starts On January 31st
Massachusetts legalized sports betting on January 31st. There will be no mobile betting until March. The Supreme Court of the United States legalized it in 2018. There are 34 states and the District of Columbia that have legalized this. Sixteen states do not have this law. Texas is considering a sports gambling bill. California did not pass it. It is not clear if it will consider it this year. Georgia, Minnesota, Missouri and South Carolina might consider a bill this time.
