Master Jamie out to cause an upset in Stradbroke Handicap

Master Jamie is going to race in the Stradbroke Handicap on Saturday. Graeme Green's horse won the Gateway in December last year. Master Jamie has only had three runs since that. The horse has been handled by Mandy Stanley since he was a yearling. The trainer is very fortunate to have her on his team. He is a horse that hates other horses going past him. It is one of the reasons he has a strike-rate greater than fifty percent (13 wins from 25 starts). He has to work hard to get her off his back. On Tuesday he galloped home from the 1400m and came back in through the side-gate.
