MaximBet Launches Indiana Sports Betting, Further Expansion Planned
MaximBet launched in Indiana last week. It is the 14th different operator in the Hoosier State. MaximBet is now offering legal sports betting in two U.S. markets. The company has also announced plans to launch in Iowa, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Ontario. October features the NFL, college football, MLB postseason, and the start of the NBA and NHL seasons.
MaximBet has launched its first sportsbook in Indiana. The state has 14 sportsbooks, the Top 4 of which owned 80% of the market share in August. MaximBet will offer deposit matches up to $250 to attract customers. The industry is focusing on new customer promotions in the form of "risk-free" or "no sweat" bets.
