Michigan State (5-2) travels to Notre Dame ( 5-1) on Wednesday night. The game is part of the yearly challenge between the ACC and the Big Ten Conference. This year is the last year of this event as the conference will start an ACC/SEC Challenge in 2023. Michigan State has had a very tough non-conference schedule. They have played Gonzaga, Kentucky, Villanova, Alabama, Oregon, and Portland. Notre Notre Ireland lost to Saint Bonaventure on Friday. Malik Hall and Jaden Akins are injured. They are doubtful to play against Michigan. It is not even December.
