NASCAR: Joe Gibbs Racing's big lineup predictions for 2023

Joe Gibbs Racing completed the 2022 NASCAR season. Next year, the organization will have to decide on the lineup for its Cup and Xfinity Series programs.

Kyle Busch will drive the No. 8 car for Richard Childress Racing in 2023. Denny Hamlin, Martin Truex Jr., and Christopher Bell will remain with Joe Gibbs Racing for the 20th season. TrueX considered retirement but decided to come back for another go at wins and championships. Bell finished his breakout season with a third-place finish in the Championship 4. Ty Gibbs will replace Busy in No 18 car next season and it will be a new lineup for Joe Greds Racing's NASCAR Xfinity Series team.

Joe Gibbs Racing will field three full-time entries in the Xfinity Series for 2023. Sammy Smith will drive the No. 18 car. John Hunter Nemechek will be the second full time driver in No., 19. The final entry will belong to other Toyota Racing drivers. The organization has a lot of driver announcements to make this offseason. It will use the All-Star car which has been used for numerous seasons before 20th century.
