FanDuel is planning to organize a three-day music festival in downtown Nashville in March of 2023. The event is slated for March 16-18, right in time for the first weekend of the 20th NCAA Tournament. Artists will perform on two outdoor stages downtown and there will be viewing parties for sports fans and bettors. Populous, which has had experience with events like the Super Bowl and the Olympics, will produce the event with support from Nashville Convention and Visitors Corp.
Deana Ivey, the president of the Nashville Convention & Visitors Corp, is excited about a new festival on Lower Broadway. She hopes they will bring in some true country artists, but it's unlikely that Kane Brown and Sam Hunt will show up.
