It is the time of the year when surprising contenders emerge in the playoff equation, team’s who have struggled for the majority of the season make their bid to try and win the ultimate prize. Here are the top betting odds for the 2024 NBA Finals.

The Reigning Favorites: Boston Celtics (+260)

Currently holding the best record in the league, the Celtics are the bookmakers' favorite to win it all. Led by the dynamic duo of Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown, they boast a strong defense and a well-rounded offensive attack. However, recent trips to the playoffs have not been up to the mark as they seem to falter out season after season.

The Defending Champs: Denver Nuggets (+475)

The Nuggets defied expectations last season, overcoming injuries to capture the title. Though Jokic remains a scoring machine, questions linger about their depth and ability to weather another grueling run. That being said, the Nuggets may be the best team to bet on. No matter the dynamics of the team, the problem for opposing defenders is still pretty much the same as no defender in the league really knows how to stop Nikola Jokic.
