NBA Odds: Grizzlies-Timberwolves prediction, odds and pick

Minnesota is on a three-game losing streak and are 10th in West. This is the second of four meetings between the two teams.

Memphis Grizzlies are 9th in the NBA and have an above-average offense. They are second in both rebound differential and rebound rate. Memphis can cover the spread because of their advantage at the point guard spot. Jaren Jackson Jr. is back from injury and could be a matchup nightmare for Minnesota. The Timberwolves are 18th on the defensive efficiency and 18st on scoring defense.

Timberwolves have struggled on defense despite the addition of Rudy Gobert. Minnesota has been above average on offense, but they rank 12th in scoring and 19th on efficiency. They've been a surprisingly poor rebounding team, ranking 23rd in rebound rate and 18th for differential.

KAT is out for the game against the Timberwolves. Karl-Anthony Towns and Gobert are the team's only two players with more than 10 points per game. Goberbert's statistics are solid this year, but he's been active in recent games. Anthony Edwards is the go-to scorer for Minnesota and he should benefit from KAT's absence.
