NBA parlay picks Dec. 15: Bet on points in Magic vs. Celtics as part of a +379 play

Friday's light eight-game NBA slate still provides enough action for a +379 NBA parlay.

The pregame narrative: The Boston Celtics host the Orlando Magic in what should be a shootout. Elsewhere, Tyrese Maxey and Kyle Kuzma are good bets to clear their teased-down point totals in ideal matchups.

Here are some NBA parlay picks for December 15.

NBA oddsas of 1:00 p.m. on 12/15/2023.

NBA parlay picks

Parlay: Celtics/Magic over 223.5 + Maxey over 23.5 points + Kuzma over 23.5 points (+379)

Magic/Celtics over 223.5 (-115): The Magic have been cashing overs at a solid rate. Eight of the team's last 11 games have gone over and now it visits Boston to face a streaking offence.

The Celtics have scored an average of 123.0 points across the last three games since being eliminated from the in-season tournament last Monday. In those contests, the average combined total was 237.3. That's well over the line set for tonight.

It's also worth noting nine of Orlando's 15 games against an Eastern Conference opponent this year have gone over their total.

This is a good spot to play the over.

Other picks

Maxey over 23.5 (-167): Maxey only had nine points two nights ago against the Detroit Pistons and now he gets a second shot at a great matchup.

The 23-year-old has covered this line in 15 of 22 outings. Considering he also had a line of over/under 26.5 points last game, this is a good time to buy low.

The Pistons give up a league-worst 27.67 points per game to opposing point guards, according to Fantasy Pros.

Kuzma lover 23.5 points (-165): The Indiana Pacers give offensive-minded players every chance to have a big night.

Their defence allows power forwards to score the most points per game (28.98) in the NBA and Kuzma is a shoot-first player.

Tonight's insane 259.5-point total is nothing new for the Pacers but it gives this point prop good value. The Wizards' leading scorer (23.0 PPG) is the one to benefit.

Kuzma also scored 25 points earlier this season against Indiana in just 25 minutes of play.
