LeBron is averaging 29.0 points, 8.2 rebounds and 6.6 assists per game. Brooklyn Nets have won 12 straight games to move into second place in the Eastern Conference behind Boston Celtics. Dallas (seven straight wins) and Indiana (four straight victories) are also making noise in their respective conferences.
This week's NBA Power Rankings are based on the current standings. Boston is still the best team in the NBA, but the East's contenders are gaining ground. Brooklyn is in contention for the top spot in East, while Denver hasn't been great without Nikola Jokic. Memphis has won three straight, and is half a game behind Denver for top place in West. The Kings are in top-5 in Western Conference, despite injuries to Jimmy Butler and Paul George. Golden State has been on a winning streak, winning five straight games. Utah is under .500, Karl-Anthony Towns is injured, the Wolves are struggling, they may regret the Rudy Gobert trade.
The Lakers are in the play-in. The Thunder are likely to finish in a lottery, but they are not out of the chase yet. Orlando has come back to earth, losing three in-a-row. Toronto has been disappointing on the road, going 5-13. Houston is struggling, and it's last in West.
