Tampa Bay Buccaneers are favored to beat Pittsburgh Steelers at -8.5. The Buccaneers rank third in defensive DVOA and eighth in defense grade. Tom Brady has completed 71.2% of his passes for 736 yards and four touchdowns the past two weeks. Steelers rookie Kenny Pickett has four interceptions on 65 pass attempts since taking over midway through the New York Jets' loss.

The Jacksonville Jaguars are the underdogs against the Indianapolis Colts. The Colts have one of the worst offenses in the NFL. Jacksonville won the last game against them 24-0 at home. The Jaguars have a better statistical defense than the Colts, who have the lowest offensive DVOA in NFL and Matt Ryan is the fourth-last quarterback in EPA per play.

The Minnesota Vikings and Miami Dolphins are playing in a game that should be won by the Vikings. Miami quarterback Teddy Bridgewater didn't have concussion symptoms Sunday or Monday, so he could be a limited participant in Thursday's practice. The Vikings rank ninth in EPA per play and 11th in offensive DVOA, whereas Miami has been even better ranking sixth in both metrics.

The Los Angeles Rams have the top-graded run defense and the second-lowest rush EPA. Carolina Panthers quarterback Baker Mayfield is likely to be out for the game against the Rams. The Rams are 31st in DVOA and Carolina is 12th in defensive DOVA. Total has dropped from 42 to 43-44 points, but it's still within the range of 43 to 44 points.
