NHL Betting Guide: Monday 11/14/22
There are only three games on Monday's schedule. Two of them are NHL games featuring two of my favorite betting trends.
The Hurricanes have held the Avalanche to five goals in 9 of their 15 games. The Blackhawks are third from the bottom in expected goals scored per 60 minutes. 67% of bets are on the under. Blackhawks have only allowed the 14th-most expected goal per game.
The Avs were just ninth-best in xGF% per 60 minutes last year. This season, they're 11th from the bottom in that category and have an 8-4 record. The gap between them and St. Louis is too wide to give a -150 puckline.
