Predators play host to Colorado Avalanche in game three of their western conference series. The Predators lost game one 7-2 and then got dominated in overtime for a game two final score of 2-1.

The Colorado Avalanche have won the first two games of the series against the Nashville Predators. The Avs have played better at home all season long. If they were to lose a game in this series, it would likely be this one as Nashville's home-ice advantage is at a different level in the playoffs.

Predators are down 3-0 to the best team in the western conference. They lost the first game but they were able to keep pace with the Avalanche. Goalkeeper Juuse Saros will not be making his return tonight, so the Predators will have to start Connor Ingram.

The Avalanche are going to win this series. The Preds looked good in game two, keeping the offensive and defensive pace with the Avs. Ava's are less effective on the road. Pred's will thrive off their home crowd.
