Nike co-founder Phil Knight says relationship with Brooklyn Nets star is likely finished for good

Kyrie Irving will miss at least five NBA games. He will lose $250,000 for every game he is suspended. Nike is not keen on renewing its relationship with the controversial point guard.

Nike has ended its relationship with Brooklyn Nets star Kyrie Irving. The company had planned to release his signature shoe this year. Knight believes Irving stepped over the line. He made some statements that Nike can't abide by. They had released a signature shoes line yearly since 2014.

Kyrie Irving left Nike. LaVar Ball invited him to join Big Baller Brand. He might not be interested in joining this time around.
