Purdon bought Millwood Nike at the 2021 NZ Bloodstock Standardbred National Yearling Sale for $75,000. He syndicated her to a stable that includes former Kiwis rugby league coach Frank Endacott. Mark and Natalie Rasmussen have always liked Mill Wood Nike. Mill wood Nike's next assignment is the Group One Ace Of Diamond at Addington on Friday 2nd December.
