The Toronto Maple Leafs are hosting the Rangers after a dominating victory against the Penguins on Saturday with a final score of 7-0. This game is a prime example of Toronto's strength on offense as of late. On the season Toronto has a goals per game average of 3.64, that places them second in the league. In their last five games however, the Maple Leafs have a goals per game average of 5.20. Where Toronto has been struggling is their defense that ranks 15th in the league. This game screams over to me. We have two strong offenses facing off against each other and I have a feeling the Rangers are going to try and score more than they did in their previous match. Toronto played New York a week ago with the total going well over 6.5. In that matchup the Rangers only scored three goals, I see them scoring more in this one to get revenge. I do also see Toronto staying in this game as they have averaged 5 goals per game in their last three.
