What an Awful Start for the Oilers
There are high expectations for the Oilers this season, but they have really struggled so far this season. In the first game against the Vancouver Canucks, the Oilers gave up eight runs and in the last game against the Canucks they were defeated 4-3. In the last game at the end of the first quarter they were down 2-1 and although they were able to tie it up, they gave up one goal in the 3rd period and that led to the defeat.
Predators Offense Has Been Inconsistent
The Predators offense has been inconsistent heading into this game and if they want to find success this season, the offense is going to need to be better here. In the last game against the Boston Bruins, the Predators scored two goals but it wasn’t enough as the defense gave up three goals. The only win for the Predators came against the Seattle Kraken and they were able to secure the 3-0 victory in that game.
