The Big 12 is the best college football league. 80% of the league will play in bowl games this season. Only Iowa State and West Virginia will miss out on the bowl season, and they are not considered to be "bad" teams.

TCU is a contender for the College Football Playoff after their win over Baylor. They have to beat Iowa State and then K-State in the Big 12 Championship game. LSU will find its way into the field if it beats Georgia in SEC championship. USC will be breathing down TCU's neck if they win a Pac-12 title and finish 12-1.

Oklahoma beat Oklahoma State 28-13 in Bedlam on Saturday. The win is the Sooners' biggest since 2020. It makes them bowl eligible for the 23rd consecutive year. Oklahoma had nearly 30 visitors in Norman this weekend. Most of them were defensive prospects. This will impact how the team finishes out their 2023 class.
