Paolo Banchero getting more comfortable to assert himself

He is a rookie. The game is not too fast for him as he learns the reads and the spacing of the NBA.

Paolo Banchero is a rookie. He is learning the reads and the spacing of the NBA. The Magic have moved him around to see what they can get from him. Banchro has openly admitted he is still learning his pick-and-roll reads. He has played some point guard/initiator offensively as the Magic explore how to leverage his passing.

Paolo Banchero had his best game in the preseason on Friday. He scored 19 points on 6-for-13 shooting and 5- for 6 from the foul line. Banchro is getting more comfortable and confident. The Magic are trying to put him in comfortable positions. They are preparing him for the regular season debut on October 19th.  

Banchero feels he has made a huge step in every game so far. He is playing more instinctive and letting the game come to him.

Jamahl Mosley is growing as a player. He is able to read the game and pick his spots. He has shown this in Summer League and preseason games.
