Penn State, Pitt Both Favored Coming Off Lopsided Wins

Penn State and Pitt both won by 30 points on Saturday. Oddsmakers favor them to win again this week. Temple almost upset Houston, but lost in the final minute. They're a big underdog against Cincinnati on the same day.

Penn State is a 19-point favorite at some sites and 19.5 at others. The over/under is 44. 5. Penn State throttled Maryland 30-0 last week. Rutgers lost 27-21 to Michigan State. In the series, Penn has a 30 to 2 advantage and has beaten Rutgers 15 straight times. In each of the last seven meetings, Rutgers has failed to score more than 7 points.

Pitt is favored to beat Duke. The game will be played at noon at Acrisure Stadium. Pitt is coming off two dominant victories. Duke is 7-3 and has won all six games this season. Pitt has a better record against Duke, but they have won six straight games. They have a 52.5 over/under for the game. It's unlikely that Pitt will start as well as it did in its 37-7 rout of Virginia.
