PGA Tour planning big money for players. Fans need to see changes, too

The PGA Tour needs to promote development of young players. Monahan wants to create a more internationalized Pga Tour. He wants more transparency and to be candid on disciplinary issues. The PGolf Association needs more players to play on the Pgauge Tour and more emphasis on no-cut events. The Association also needs a better understanding of the Player Impact Program. It needs transparency on metrics used to calculate the player's PIP and how they're weighted. A better reputation for the Tour is important. More coddling might have left some players less emboldened to pursue frivolous litigation.
