Pittsburgh Pirates are promoting young pitchers to the bullpen. Right-hander Noe Toribio is one of them. He is playing in Double-A this season and could be promoted to Triple- A Indianapolis soon. Toriio has a good ground ball rate and a solid swing-and-miss pitch. He has worked on his splitter this year.
