Potawatomi Casino Hotel announces new Vegas-style sportsbook and poker room opening

The Potawatomi Casino Hotel in Milwaukee is set to open its new retail sportsbook and poker room on May 3, 2024. The 14-table poker room and the premium sportsbook will be located in the former Northern Lights Theater space and will offer a variety of games.The Poker Room is scheduled to introduce a variety of games, including 1-3 No Limit, 2-5 No Limit, and Pot Limit Omaha. Additionally, the poker room will integrate food and beverage services from its neighboring sportsbook, including 48 beers on tap.Promotions such as Hourly High Hand Jackpots and Bad Beat Jackpots will also be available. The Potawatomi Sportsbook, spanning 6,500 square feet of retail sports betting space, will feature two floors adorned with a 2,000-square-foot LED screen, a broadcast booth equipped with a professional quality three-camera system, and more than 20 TVs ranging in size up to 98 inches. With a seating capacity exceeding 200, the venue will offer kiosks and ticket writers catering to all casino guests."There is simply no retail betting space outside of Las Vegas that can rival the sophistication of our new venue," said Sean Cullen, director of Sportsbook.
