PREVIEW: Arizona Baseball prepares for Naranjeros de Hermosillo

Arizona Baseball is playing in the Mexican Baseball Fiesta. They are playing against the Naranjeros de Hermosillo. It's their third appearance in this tournament. Arizona is fresh off of an NCAA Regional appearance. The 2023 season is still several months away. Several players were drafted and signed contracts with their respective ball clubs. New recruits were brought in. The team has also added two transfer pitchers, Cam Walty (Nevada) and Drew Dees (Butler).

Naranjeros de Hermosillo finished second in the Mexican Pacific League. They lost to No. 7 seed Sultanes de Monterrey in first round of the Postseason.
