Andrei Svechnikov scored a hat trick for the Carolina Hurricanes against Connor McDavid and the Edmonton Oilers on Thursday. The line's six five on five goals this season are tied for tenth-most among all NHL forward combinations this year. Jordan Martinook, Joran Staal and Jesper Fast have an on-ice high danger shots-for rate north of 60%. They rank one slot ahead of Sidney Crosby's line.
