Rain at Cheltenham changes festival going
Rain at Cheltenham changed the going at the festival twice before racing on Wednesday. Forecasts are conflicting about whether the rain will stop or continue through the afternoon. The main band of rain is moving east of Cheltonham. The Old course had been mainly good at first light. It's been opened up late morning. 5mm of irrigation was applied to certain parts of the track last night.
