Raptors picks and props vs. Cavaliers Nov. 26: Bet on Toronto to win and Barnes to thrive

The Toronto Raptors head to Cleveland to take on the Cavaliers in a game that's practically a pick'em.

The pregame narrative: Both teams enter this contest at 8-8 and the Cavaliers are 1-point home favourites. Cleveland might be without a couple of key players and that makes Toronto a compelling moneyline pick. Scottie Barnes is also a good bet on the glass in a plus matchup.

Raptors picks and props vs. Cavaliers

Best Bet: Raptors moneyline (-104)

Cleveland's lineup has plenty of star power — when healthy.

Donovan Mitchell missed four games with a hamstring injury before returning to the floor in last night's loss to the Los Angeles Lakers. But as one sharpshooter re-entered the fold, another left. Darius Garland suffered a neck strain after 14 minutes of play and did not return.

Garland is listed as day-to-day, so he might not be in the lineup. And it wouldn't be a surprise to see Mitchell rested on the second leg of a back-to-back. Those are two injuries worth monitoring as we inch closer to game time.

But even if they were in the lineup, Toronto would be a solid moneyline option.

The Raptors have won three of their past four games and are averaging 125.5 points per game in those contests. The Cavaliers, meanwhile, have dropped back-to-back home games and are just 3-5 at Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse this season.

Key stat: Toronto has had Cleveland's number lately, winning four of the past five matchups.

Quick pick

Barnes over 7.5 rebounds (-137): This is a very achievable line for Barnes, who is averaging 9.1 rebounds this season.

The small forward has gone over this mark in 13 of 16 games including each of his last three. And since Barnes is faced with a nice matchup tonight, the -137 juice on this play is worth the squeeze.

The Cavaliers are 23rd in rebound rate (48.6%) this season and allow the fifth-most rebounds per game (8.54) to opposing small forwards, according to Fantasy Pros.
